• Meet with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget.
• Advise clients on the local real estate market, property values, and financing options.
• Offer tailored property recommendations based on client needs.
• List properties for sale or rent, including preparing marketing materials such as brochures and online listings.
• Promote properties through multiple channels, including real estate websites, social media, and print advertisements.
• Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants.
• Answer client questions during viewings and provide detailed property information.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions between clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
• Draft, review, and ensure the accurate completion of contracts, purchase agreements, and other necessary paperwork.
• Assist clients through the closing process, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
• Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and competition to offer clients accurate and timely advice.
• Research comparable properties (comps) to help clients understand pricing and potential returns on investment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Provide ongoing support after transactions, including advice on property management or future investment opportunities.
• Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Maintain accurate records of property transactions and client interactions.
• Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and national real estate laws and regulations.
• Advise clients on legal and financial matters, including contracts and mortgages, and refer them to specialists as needed.
• Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the entire property buying, selling, or renting process.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during transactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
