The Role
We are looking for real estate agents and we offer high commission structure, basic salary and benefits! Job Description: - Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential off-plan investment opportunities. - Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to determine competitive advantages. - Provide insights and recommendations for developing effective marketing and sales strategies. - Build and manage a robust network of potential buyers, investors, and real estate agents. - Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective buyers and investors, providing detailed information about off-plan properties. - Arrange property tours, site visits, and virtual presentations to showcase the value proposition of off-plan properties. - Engage in effective sales negotiations to secure purchase agreements and contracts with prospective buyers. - Facilitate a smooth closing process, coordinating with all parties involved to ensure a successful property transaction. - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. - Foster long-term client relationships and drive repeat business through exemplary service and expertise. - Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities. - Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements: - Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in off-plan property transactions. - Sales experience in any field - Strong understanding of the real estate market, property development, and investment principles. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
