Location: Dubai Airport Freezone area, Dubai

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and result‐driven Sr. Business Development Manager (Real estate Agent responsible for driving revenue through B2C & B2B sales closures, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing long‐term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong sales closer with experience in the Immigration and Real Estate industry is a plus, and the capability to fuel business growth in existing and new markets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 5+ years of hardcore sales experience in the Real Estate industry as an agent not as a developer.
  • Skills: Excellent convincing, negotiation, and deal‐closing abilities.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
  • Languages: Fluency in English & Hindi is essential. Knowledge of Arabic will be a strong advantage
  • Self‐motivated, energetic, and willing to work in a fast‐paced and growth‐oriented environment.
  • Ability to travel locally/internationally as per business requirements.
