Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant to join our Abu Dhabi team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, building client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth through exceptional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice on market conditions
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property owners
  • Negotiate offers and finalize property transactions
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
  • Promote listings through online platforms, social media, and company marketing channels
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (UAE market preferred)
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
  • Proficient in CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
