Position Overview
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agents and Property Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities

  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions
  • Source and list properties for sale and lease across Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings, market evaluations, and client consultations
  • Negotiate offers and close deals in line with company standards and UAE regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  • Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and legal updates
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, listings, and client communications
  • Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage
  • Professional appearance and client-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
