ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting talented real estate professionals to join our brokerage. Your role will be essential in driving our company’s growth by expanding our team of dedicated agents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting methods, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential real estate agents.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential recruits, providing them with information about our brokerage and the benefits of joining our team.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a candidate pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of potential agents.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our leadership team to align recruitment efforts with our growth objectives.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and regularly report on recruitment metrics and progress.
