The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, resourceful recruiter to drive our agent growth engine. You’ll be on the front lines — making cold calls, sending outreach messages, and getting licensed agents interested in learning more about joining us & making sure they are also a right culture fit for our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls daily to licensed agents across Ontario
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Instantly, Clay, and social media DMs to run structured outreach campaigns
  • Follow a proven pitch and tailor messaging to agent profiles
  • Book appointments with interested recruits and walk them through our presentation.
  • Track all activity in CRM and update pipelines in real time
  • Hit weekly KPIs for calls, outreach, and booked appointments
  • Update presentation and pitch as we expand our tech stack & agent offerings.
  • Help improve recruitment scripts, templates, and targeting strategies
  • Represent The Zadegan Group’s culture, value prop, and offerings in all communications

✅ Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, cold calling, or recruiting (real estate industry is a strong plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable on the phone and persistent with follow-ups
  • Tech-savvy: you’ll be using CRMs, outreach tools, and automations daily. Communicating with our backend teams to ensure a steady recruiting process.
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and hungry to win
