REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UK real estate markets and willingness to learn Abu Dhabi’s property sector.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.

This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for ambitious professionals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist international and local clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
• Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments.
• Promote properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events.
• Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities and property financing options.
