JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.
This role requires strong sales and communication skills, market knowledge, and a proactive attitude. Compensation is commission-based, directly tied to your performance and sales achievements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Familiarity with property management and CRM software is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market

• Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
• Provide guidance and advice on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements
• Develop and maintain a competitive market knowledge
• Prepare and present purchase offers to sellers
• Maintain updated property listings with accurate descriptions and pricing
• Coordinate property showings, open houses, and meetings
• Build relationships with clients and follow up regularly
