JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent fluent in Russian to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting Russian-speaking clients in buying, selling, or renting properties in Abu Dhabi, ensuring exceptional service and seamless transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluency in Russian and English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and regulations is an advantage.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.

• Act as a trusted advisor to Russian-speaking clients throughout the real estate process.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about available listings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and preferences.
• Negotiate and finalize property deals with professionalism and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and regulations in Abu Dhabi.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
