Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Real Estate Company in Abu Dhabi. As the Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with different stake holders in the Real estate and the holiday homes industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and profitability for the holiday homes business
  • Generate leads, identify new business opportunities, and develop sales plans to close deals with property owners and managers in the Real Estate and holiday homes industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Follow up and manage the lead pipeline
  • Establish relationships and network with real estate professionals
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Real Estate industry and stay up-to-date with market trends, including competitor analysis and benchmarking
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with property owners and managers to ensure successful deal

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales / Negotiation Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • MUST HAVE Experience
  • English and Arabic speaker (Required)
  • Driver’s license (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
