Job Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Agent – Sales to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property sales transactions, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in line with the company’s standards. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in residential and commercial property sales
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct property viewings, advise clients, and negotiate offers to close deals
  • Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and related documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to market properties effectively
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, financing options, and investment opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle (preferred)
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
