POSITION: REAL ESTATE AGENT / PROPERTY CONSULTANT

We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and experienced Real Estate Agents/Property Consultants to join our award-winning team. If you are passionate about real estate and committed to achieving success, we want to hear from you.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 1 year of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE (preferred)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
· In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media platforms
· Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
· Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred

Responsibilities

· Promote and sell both ready properties to local and international clients
· Build and maintain a strong portfolio of clients and investors
· Develop and execute business development and client retention strategies
· Provide expert advice on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal processes
· Stay informed about the latest developments in the Dubai real estate market
