Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will assist Spanish-speaking clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients in the process of buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
  • Conduct property viewings, offering detailed information about properties to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate deals, contracts, and terms to ensure client satisfaction and close transactions efficiently.
  • Stay informed about the latest property listings, market conditions, and relevant legal requirements for real estate transactions in the UAE.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and necessary documentation related to property transactions.
  • Promote property listings on digital platforms and through other marketing channels to increase visibility and attract potential buyers.
  • Follow up with leads and clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies aimed at meeting team and individual targets.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, regulations, and property laws.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients and properties.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and online platforms (e.g., CRM systems, property listing websites).
  • UAE driver’s license is preferred.
