Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Spanish and English to join our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with Spanish-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Spanish-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi
  • Conduct property viewings and provide market insights in both Spanish and English
  • Build and maintain a strong network of international clients and property owners
  • Negotiate offers and close property transactions with professionalism
  • Promote listings through targeted marketing channels and multilingual platforms
  • Stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and legal procedures
  • Prepare and review contracts and documentation in coordination with legal teams
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team success

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (UAE market preferred)
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
