Description
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our development team in selling high-rise luxury condos overlooking the Spokane River Falls. You will be tasked with all aspects of marketing, listings, and selling condo units including generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing market prices. Responsibilities: * Ability to convert lead inquiries to appointments with strong phone skills * Counsel clients on market conditions, pricing and mortgages * Develop competitive market pricing * Create listings describing the condos, features, amenities, square footage, etc. * Show properties to potential buyers * Present purchase offers to management team * Facilitate negotiations between buyers and developer * Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met * Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses * Prepare purchase agreements and other documents for each real estate transaction Qualifications: * Must be in good standing with the Realtor Board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move their license * Proven experience with onsite luxury home/condo sales and leasing * Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of comparable luxury properties * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Superior written, verbal communication and public speaking skills * Exceptional organizational and time-management skills This is more than just a sales position; it is an opportunity to sell a luxury lifestyle in one of Spokane’s most stunning residential developments.
