Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Sales & Leasing: Assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
  • Market Research: Conducting market analysis to determine property values and identify investment opportunities.
  • Client Consultation: Providing guidance on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
  • Lead Generation & Networking: Building relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.

  • Documentation: Preparing and reviewing sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Property Showings: Coordinating and conducting property viewings for potential buyers.
  • Marketing: Creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients throughout the transaction process.
  • Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations.

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to close deals and achieve desired outcomes for clients.

  • Licensing: Valid UAE Driving License
