Job Title: Offplan & Ready Property – Senior Property Consultant
Department: Offplan & Ready Properties Sales
Reports To: Manager

You will get an opportunity to work with highly qualified and experienced RERA certified Sales & Leasing executive. REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of sales techniques with at least one year in a sales role preferably within the UAE
  • Strong negotiation skills - experience in offering expert customer service
  • Ability to work independently with great dedication
  • Strong communication skills – written and spoken English is a must, Russian, Arabic, French is a plus and added advantage
  • Must be presentable, have a professional attitude and like to work as part of a large team
  • Valid UAE driver’s license
  • Well organized and detail oriented
  • Russian, Chinese, French speaking candidates preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing clients with advice on investing in the property market, based on an analysis of the market and identification of the latest trends in it.

  • Attend events and property launches organized by developers
  • Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations
  • Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
  • Networking, Referral closure, client relationship building.
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • In-depth Product Knowledge
  • Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on the off-plan property value, discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers
