REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
• RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Market properties through advertisements, online platforms, and open houses.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties by offering professional guidance.
• Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring seamless and satisfactory outcomes.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and community insights.
• Prepare and handle necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.
