REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, preferably in Dubai (freshers with strong sales background may be considered).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM software and real estate marketing tools is an advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
• RERA certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Manage the leasing, buying, and selling of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
• Maintain an updated portfolio of available properties.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
