Key Responsibilities

• Assist Turkish-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings, market assessments, and client consultations
• Translate and explain property details, contracts, and legal terms clearly and accurately
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and developers from the Turkish-speaking community
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal regulations in the UAE
• Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in Turkish and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and a client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
