  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English (or another second language).

Responsibilities

The main activities and areas of responsibility for the Real Estate Advisor include:

  • Developing their own network and independently acquiring properties and clients.
  • Managing exclusive, qualified clients.
  • Conducting commercial negotiations while ensuring high service standards.
  • Interacting with industry professionals (notaries, lawyers, wealth managers) to facilitate the sales process.
  • Monitoring the market to identify new business opportunities.
