JOB DESCRIPTION

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
• Market and promote properties through various platforms.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals effectively.
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and regulations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s success.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan and secondary properties.
• Excellent understanding of Dubai’s real estate regulations and trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (other languages are a plus).
