REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (UAE experience preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Presentable and professional appearance

• Generate leads and convert them into property sales or rentals
• Conduct viewings with clients and guide them through the property selection process
• List properties on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
• Maintain strong knowledge of current market listings and trends
• Build and maintain client relationships for long-term business growth
• Negotiate offers and close deals professionally
• Coordinate with landlords and property managers
