QUALIFICATIONS

• Background in real estate analysis, land acquisition, planning, or investment
• Familiarity with zoning bylaws and urban development regulations
• Strong analytical writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of feasibility, return on cost, land value, or buildout planning
• Bonus: Experience with BC municipalities or residential development in Vancouver

• Use the UnlockLand platform to assess development feasibility on real residential properties
• Analyze zoning regulations, buildable area, sales data, and market trends
• Identify the most promising development strategies for given properties
• Prepare brief reports or structured responses based on your analysis
• Provide product feedback based on your experience as a real estate professional
• Optional: Collaborate on internal benchmarks or feasibility logic refinement
