QUALIFICATIONS, KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • 2-3+ years’ experience working in Real Estate sector (developer, homebuilder, PLC, REIT, banking, private equity, corporate finance).
  • Bachelor’s degree. Progression towards ACCA or CFA qualification a positive, but not required.
  • Advanced Excel and real estate financial modelling skills. ARGUS / Estate Manger experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate development, investment appraisal, and financial structuring.
  • Strong communication skills including report writing
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Familiarity with Irish real estate market dynamics, planning regulations, and construction costs.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The Real Estate Analyst position will play an integral part in supporting both the development and commercial teams within the business, responsible for handling the majority of the financial modelling, research and assessment of potential development opportunities, as well as supporting the ongoing financial assessment and reporting on existing development projects.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and expertise in Excel and real estate financial modelling skills to contribute to the success of a leading Irish housebuilder and developer.
