QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proven analytical skills and experience in real estate analysis.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Perform financial analysis and valuation of real estate investments.
• Prepare market analysis reports and identify market trends.
• Analyze property leases and rent rolls and assess the financial impact.
• Support the due diligence process for new property acquisitions.
