We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling both administrative and marketing-related tasks, from client callbacks to online outreach. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations, maximizing lead follow-up, and enhancing our online presence. Comprehensive training and proven systems will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow in the real estate industry.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in an administrative or marketing assistant role is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with client interaction, appointment setting, and outreach.
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred.
  • Ability to stay organized and handle repetitive daily tasks with accuracy.
  • Willingness to learn real estate-specific systems and processes (full training provided).
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for lockbox installations).

Responsibilities
  • Client Communication & Follow-Up
  • Make callbacks and set appointments with warm leads who have opted in to receive a call (scripts and training provided).
  • Maintain a professional and helpful tone to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Field Support
  • Install lockboxes on properties (1 time per week max).
  • Marketing & Outreach
  • Send a minimum of 70 LinkedIn outreach messages per day to realtors.
  • Post value-driven content in real estate groups (training provided).
  • Assist with Google My Business (GMB) SEO tasks to improve local search visibility (training provided).
  • Administrative Support
  • Manage and organize the team email inbox.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing paperwork for listings and representation agreements (training provided).
