Description

We are seeking a motivated, people-oriented Lead & Client Care Specialist to join our growing real estate team. This role is dedicated to working new inbound leads, following up consistently, and nurturing long-term prospects until they are ready to take the next step. You’ll play a key part in building relationships, setting appointments, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our agents.
This position reports directly to our Operations Coordinator and works closely with the rest of our team. Candidates must be a licensed real estate agent (or willing to become licensed shortly after hire).

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to new leads via phone, text, and email.
  • Qualify leads to determine motivation, timing, and readiness.
  • Nurture prospects through consistent, value-driven follow-up.
  • Maintain detailed notes and status updates in the CRM.
  • Set appointments for agents with qualified buyers and sellers.
  • Track conversion metrics and regularly report lead progress to the Operations Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine scripts, follow-up systems, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Represent the team with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license (or ability/willingness to obtain within 45 days).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn CRM and communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to thrive in a structured environment.
  • Prior real estate or sales experience preferred but not required.

Compensation

  • Base salary plus performance based bonus.
