About the Opportunity:
A top-producing real estate business in Vernon, BC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a client-focused environment where attention to detail and exceptional service are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all transaction files from listing to completion (paperwork, compliance, documentation).
  • Input and update listings on MLS® and marketing platforms.
  • Coordinate photography, signage, showings, inspections, appraisals, and client appointments.
  • Handle client communication via phone, email, and text in a professional manner.
  • Support marketing initiatives including social media, newsletters, and feature sheets.
  • Some face to face activity and site visits.
  • Maintain database and track follow-up activities.
  • Liaise with lawyers, mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals.
  • General administrative support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in real estate, administration, or customer service preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lone Wolf, WebForms, and Matrix MLS an asset (training available), Canva, Corel Draw, Photo editing software, FaceBook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Tech savvy with social media, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Real estate license (optional but considered a strong asset).
