The Property Condition Specialist position is for our real estate/property management office located in Sugar Land. This position is a 20-30 hour a week position (depending on work load) and does require local traveling and transportation (a company vehicle will be provided). We manage around 300 single family properties and assist our clients in buying/selling 12-14 million in real estate annually. Our office manages residential as well as some commercial properties so there is opportunity to learn many different aspects of the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a candidate to work on the field and will be working with our talented team. The candidate will assist with being our eyes and ears while meeting with tenants and walking our properties.

• Take property pictures and complete reports for managed properties
• Meet with tenants when conducting property condition reviews
• Take listing pictures for our listings
• Install lockboxes and yard signs at properties
• Be pro-active and address/ report to our office any issues at the properties
• Deliver late notices to tenants
• Walk into attics to take pictures of components in the attic
• Communicate with the office and provide updates
• Recover staging items, remove yard signs and lockboxes, etc.
