ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support a top-performing real estate agent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating systems, managing details, and providing behind-the-scenes support that enables the agent to focus on client relationships and sales.
This is a critical support role with potential for growth, especially for candidates interested in the real estate or marketing industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and manage backend systems for the real estate business (e.g., team email management, digital filing, lead tracking).
  • Input and maintain CRM data, ensuring new leads and contacts are updated and organized.
  • Schedule and send email newsletters, marketing campaigns, and listing updates.
  • Manage post-closing processes such as ordering client gifts, thank-you cards, and review follow-ups.
  • Coordinate vendor orders for marketing materials (flyers, signs, listing brochures, etc.).
  • Monitor deadlines for transactions and ensure all documents are properly filed.
  • Assist with social media scheduling and light content creation, as needed.
  • Occasionally assist with scheduling appointments, showings, or travel arrangements.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
