Your role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, supporting events, and assisting with staging to provide exceptional client experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Real Estate experience: 2 years of administrative experience in the real estate industry (required)
• Location: Must live near or have a short commute to the Bathurst & Wilson area.
• Reliable Vehicle: A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required for the role.
• Friendly and Professional: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Physical Readiness: Comfortable with light physical tasks, such as moving staging items and setting up events.

• Administrative Support: Manage paperwork, schedule appointments, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing client events and pop-bys, including preparation and setup.
• Staging Assistance: Help with staging properties, including moving items and arranging decor.
• Errands and Deliveries: Drop off materials and supplies to various locations as needed.
• Flexible Workspace: Work between the Don Mills office, the agent’s home, and on the road as required.
