Description
This is a remote position. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break (Open to weekend shift) Responsibilities: Create and manage social media content for real estate listings, client appreciation events, and sold properties Prepare and draw up real estate contracts and transaction documents Send out reports and communications to clients Coordinate transactions from start to finish Order and arrange closing gift baskets for clients Handle email management and client correspondence Create basic video content using tools like CapCut for marketing purposes Provide general administrative support to the team of 6 agents Support the existing admin who has been with the company for 5 years Scope: Sporadic urgent requests may come in requiring quick turnaround on contracts May need to be responsive via phone/email for time-sensitive real estate matters Supporting a team of 6 agents plus the main client Mix of administrative, marketing, and transaction coordination work Requirements: Experience with basic social media content creation and management Knowledge of real estate documentation and contract preparation Strong communication skills for client interactions Proficiency with basic video editing tools (CapCut or similar) Administrative experience, preferably in real estate Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Reliable internet connection and professional work setup Independent Contractor Perks HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work-from-home Immediate hiring ZR_29087_JOB
