The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Associate to join our Seattle office and the Seyfarth Real Estate Department. The Day-To-Day As an associate in the Real Estate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. You Have Five plus years of extensive experience with real estate transactions such as acquisitions, title/survey review, leasing, and financing. Interest in joining and actively contributing to a dynamic department handling a broad range of matters for a diversified client base, including those involved in data center, e-commerce, and mixed use development. Excellent academic credentials, as well as high level analytic, verbal and written communication skills. Admission to the Washington State bar or meet the requirements to waive in. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
