Our client is a growing law firm seeking an experienced Attorney to join the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic record, particularly in law and real estate related courses
• At least 4 years of experience as a practicing attorney with emphasis on real estate transactional work
• Significant experience in acquisition, disposition, financing, and commercial office leasing
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong legal research skills.
• Bar membership in good standing.

• Conducting complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and commercial office lease transactions
• Delivering creative solutions to clients on various real estate matters, including real estate development, land use, zoning, and environmental issues
• Assisting clients with due diligence, negotiation, contract drafting and the closing process
• Advising on property management agreements, commercial leases, and other related agreements
