Link Brokerages, one of the fastest growing tech brokerages in the US, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Real Estate Agent interested in building their own brand or team in San Diego County. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in the real estate industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to mentor newer agents while overseeing all agents on the team if they choose to grow one. This is a commission only & revenue share based role - Partner agents are on a 90/10 split with a personal cap and revenue share with their team agents.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Actively close personal real estate transactions
• Help build and lead the your own real estate team in San Diego/Southern California, including mentoring newer agents
• Ensuring compliance with real estate regulations and standards
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including buying, selling, and leasing of properties
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry
• Work closely with Link’s corporate team to ensure that the branch meets its growth and profitability targets

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in California (Brokers license not required)
• Proven track record of success in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and mentor newer agents
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Familiarity with real estate regulations and standards in California

Link Brokerages’ Responsibilities:

• Provide brand creation / revamp, website set up, DBA filing (if applicable), etc.
• Manage day-to-day tasks that will keep the branch running
• Provide all agents with operational support
• Provide all agents with a technology platform, lead generation help, marketing assistance
