Al Tuhfah Al Memareyah Real Estate is seeking to recruit exceptional talents to join its team.

  • Job Title: Real Estate Consultant / Real Estate Brokers Location: Sharjah Employment Type: Full-time Expected Start Date: Immediately

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sale and rental of residential, commercial properties, and land throughout Sharjah. Proactively seek new property listings through promotion, direct outreach, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners. Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and coordinate photography for new listings. Upload and manage property listings on (CRM) systems and marketing portals. Handle inquiries from potential buyers and tenants, qualify leads, and match them with appropriate listings. Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the decision-making process. Advise clients on current market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities. Maintain continuous communication with clients to foster long-term relationships and attract new business.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate, including off-plan and secondary market properties in Sharjah. Knowledge of the Sharjah real estate market. Familiarity with local property laws and regulations. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Accepting male and female Applicants. Applicants of all nationalities are welcome. Valid residency is required – Driving license is preferred.
