Position: Real Estate Broker

JOB SUMMARY:

The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for leading property transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, and overseeing agents under their supervision. The role involves identifying business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations. The broker acts as a trusted advisor to clients while driving the company’s growth and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in sales and leasing.
  • Strong knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
