REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (advantage).
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).

  Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Real Estate Broker: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
• RERA (Preferred)

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends.
• Arrange property viewings and accompany clients.
• Negotiate and close deals in compliance with company policies and RERA regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
