JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role ( Freshers also can apply).
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., CRM systems).
Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the buying or renting process.
  • Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current real estate trends and property values.
  • Sales and Negotiations: Negotiate deals and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings, providing potential buyers or renters with detailed information about the properties.
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage necessary documentation for property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Networking: Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts, including property developers, mortgage brokers, and legal professionals.
