POSITION OVERVIEW

The Broker Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Tinton Falls office, ensuring compliance with New Jersey real estate regulations while cultivating a productive and collaborative environment for our agents. This leadership role requires an active New Jersey Broker’s License and proven management or team leadership experience in real estate.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active New Jersey Real Estate Broker’s License (required)
  • Experience as a broker manager, office manager, or real estate team leader
  • Strong recruiting and coaching skills with a track record of agent growth
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of compliance, contracts, and industry best practices
