JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Real Estate Broker at Mercure Valley Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and fostering strategic partnerships to enhance our portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate in the Dubai market.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and own transportation.
Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences, and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities to inform business development strategies.
  4. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  5. Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, and industry professionals, to expand our network and enhance our service offerings.
  6. Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to clients.
