Job Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate, a leading brokerage firm in Abu Dhabi and part of the award-winning Metropolitan Group, is seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Broker to join its elite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in property sales, deep market knowledge, and the ability to manage high-value transactions across both off-plan and resale markets. This role demands strategic thinking, client-focused service, and a passion for real estate excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a licensed broker representing Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in property transactions
  • Source, list, and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Maintain relationships with developers, investors, and high-net-worth clients
  • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and title transfer procedures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and property promotions
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior agents when required
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly brokerage targets

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a licensed real estate broker in the UAE (Preferably)
  • ADM or RERA certification (Preferably)
  • Proven success in handling luxury and high-value property transactions
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with a client-first approach
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and real estate platforms
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to own vehicle
