We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team at Virtual Reality Real estate. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong sales, negotiation, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience in real estate brokerage and sales
  • Knowledge of Dubai Real Estate
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and investors
  • Experience in managing ready property
  • Relevant certifications and licenses / RERA Card
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Experience:

  • Real estate sales: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • You will be dealing with the sale and rental of prime residential property within Dubai, UAE.
  • Canvassing for properties, cold calling, and prospecting new potential leads/clients
  • Talking to sellers/landlords and building a network of relationships.
  • Entering all new properties and deals into CRM
  • Handling inquiries from prospective buyers and tenants
  • Qualifying new inquiries, matching requirements with available inventory, and conducting viewings
  • Negotiating deals between the two parties
  • Closing deals, attending DLD for your transactions
  • Consulting and updating clients on the latest market trends
  • Regular calls to all clients to build long-term business relationships
  • Communicate with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
  • Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or renters
  • Stay informed about the real estate market trends
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
