Description

Bachelor's or Master's degree (BA, BSc, MSc or equivalent). 5-10 years' experience in real estate and workplace management, including operational IFM and stakeholder management; experience with large corporate campuses preferred. Proven leadership and people‑management experience in multicultural environments. Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills (budgeting, forecasting, cost control). Demonstrated negotiation, supplier management and stakeholder engagement skills. Project and operations management experience delivering complex workplace projects. Knowledge of occupational health & safety, energy management and sustainability/CSR principles. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). High standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
