JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an ambitious and well-connected Real Estate Business Development Manager to sell off plan and other properties and expand our market share and drive high-value property transactions. This role is fully focused on real estate growth — identifying lucrative projects, securing investors, and building long-term client relationships in the property market.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3–5 years of real estate business development experience in Dubai/UAE or similar markets.
  • Proven record of closing high-value real estate transactions.
  • Strong network of property buyers, investors, and developers.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and legal procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, approach, and close deals with local and international property buyers and investors.
  • Attending our company’s exclusive road shows and developer’s road shows and convert sale.
  • Develop strong relationships with developers to secure exclusive or priority listings.
  • Source and evaluate profitable property opportunities (off-plan, ready, and commercial).
  • Create strategies to attract high-net-worth clients and institutional investors.
  • Lead negotiations for large property deals, ensuring maximum profitability.
  • Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Keep updated on market movements, pricing trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless deal execution from lead to closing.
