JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist potential clients with their inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service while promoting our real estate services and offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a call center agent, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages Arabic is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Prior experience in real estate sales or leasing.
  • Familiarity with real estate regulations and property types.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance to clients on property options that match their requirements.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, pricing, and competitors to provide relevant information to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets related to calls, appointments, and lead conversions.
