Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Listing/Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The Listing/Call Center Agent plays a vital role in identifying potential property listings and supporting the property sales process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience as a Listing Agent or a real estate call center role.
- Excellent written, phone and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi- task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings. Share insights and recommendations with clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Property Assessment: Evaluate properties and advise clients on the listing price based on market analysis and property condition.
- Listing Management: Collaborate with property owners to gather all necessary documentation and information for listing purposes.
- Client Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients throughout the listing process.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and feedback to property owners.
- Negotiate offers and terms on behalf of clients to achieve successful transactions.
- Assist sales agents in closing deals by arranging viewings and ensuring all necessary details are available to finalize sales.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
