REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in sales, leasing, or real estate (preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• UAE Driving License and own car is an advantage
• Fluency in English & Arabic (other languages are a plus)

• Generate new leads through networking, marketing, and referrals
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
• Maintain relationships with property owners and buyers/tenants
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets
